Want to take your relationship to the next level? Get the couples jar! It comes with the amount of amount of prompts that include specifics around creating the stage for continued wellness and growth in your relationship.
How to use a Mindful Jar:
Open the jar.
Choose a card.
If the card you choose has a prompt or question on it, take the time to read it. Think about it.
After reading it, you can choose the bottom of the card, the back of the card or another blank card to write your response. Your response can be one word, one sentence or one paragraph.
If the card you choose is blank you can create your own prompt, gratitude statement or affirmation.
Use this time to praise and affirm yourself for what you are doing right now. This is not about shame or blame for what you haven’t accomplished yet. Be kind to yourself. Love on yourself. Be present.
Put your card back in the jar with the other cards.
Take past cards out of the jar and read them when you need a reminder of how great you are.
