Mindful Jar is exactly what it sounds like, a jar full of mindfulness goodies! The jar is a wellness activity that you can participate in alone or with others. Mindful Jars come with 8 prompts/questions centered around the prioritization of your selfcare and wellness. Along with the 8 prompts, there a blank cards leaving space for you to create your own prompts or even affirmations. In total you receive about 60 cards in a variety of colors that you can read and/or write on through out the week/month.
